Now, I was a little skeptical when I first started researching intermittent fasting. I had a lot of the same concerns that you might have. One of the studies that stood out to me was a study that proved that if you fasted for 24 hours once a month, your risk of heart disease went down by 58%. I do not know of any drug or workout program that could give you that kind of result. As I dug deeper, I just kept finding more and more reasons to try it myself and to learn how this could help our programs. I found that the majority of the trainers and coaches that I learn from, have been using this system for a while now with amazing results. I decided to revolve my X-TREME FAT LOSS DIET around the two intermittent fasting systems, Eat Stop Eat and The Warrior Diet. The 24 hour fast is done from dinner to dinner. On the program, you are asked to choose Wednesday as the fast day. Keep in mind that when you wake up you have already started your 24 hour fast. That is one of the reasons that it is easy. When you wake up, remind yourself that you are choosing to not eat. This helps you get through the process a lot easier.You will drink good water all day. Adding a little sea salt to your water is a good idea, it will help keep your electrolytes balanced. The more you feel confident about any process, the more successful you will be.
