THIS IS THE BOOT CAMP SESSION THAT IS GOING TO GET YOU READY FOR SUMMER. IF YOU FOLLOW OUR X-TREME FATLOSS DIET WHILE DOING BOOT CAMP YOU ARE GOING TO DROP SOME SERIOUS BODY FAT.</p>
<p>ALL 3 CLASSES WILL MEET AT BEACH PARK WEEK ONE. IF YOU SIGN UP ONLINE WE WILL HAVE YOU ON OUR LIST AND YOU COULD JUST CHECK IN AND RECEIVE YOUR WRISTBAND. WE WILL ALSO BE TAKING SING UPS ON THE FIRST DAY AT BEACH PARK. PLEASE REMEMBER TO FILL OUT A WAIVER. THE WAIVER CAN BE PRINTED FROM THE HOMEPAGE.</p>
<p>MAKE SURE TO BRING A BIG TOWEL TO BE USED AS A MAT WHEN WE ARE ON THE GRASS. THE TOWELS WORKS WELL BECAUSE YOU COULD TAKE IT WITH YOU AS WE VENTURE THROUGH THE PARK. MAKE SURE TO HAVE DECENT RUNNING SHOES AND ALWAYS BRING WATER.</p>
<p>I WILL COVER NUTRITION DURING WEEK ONE AND OFFER THAT SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE 6 WEEKS. JUST KNOW THAT MOST OF YOU DOING THE MORNING WORKOUTS WILL FEEL BETTER WORKING OUT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
