CAT CAMEL > WALL SQUAT > JUMP ROPE 4:00 min

20 SPLIT JUMPING JACKS AND 10 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x 5 rounds

(5 CYCLES WK 1 INCREASE 1 CYCLE A WEEK)

PUSH UPS AND WIDE OUT DROPS

HIP BRIDGE AND SQUAT THRUST

Run at 65 to 70 % of your fastest sprint for 30 seconds then walk 1 minute. Do this 4 times. This can be done outside or on a cardio machine.
