We had a good turn out at Fit For Life for the Warrior Diet discussion. I covered why we should eat organic, meal timing, sugar and carbs and of course The Warrior Diet. When the class ended, most people wanted the actual diet to take home and start. Unfortunately it is not that easy. I prefer you read the book first. The book covers a lot more details on the specifics while on the diet. I just think that you will be more successful on this lifestyle change after reading it.
