No. The point of the program is to get you in shape. If you are in good shape, you will immediately go into the advanced group, while the beginners will start in the intermediate group.
2. How long is the program and what time does it start?
Get Fit Bootcamp is a 6 week program that starts at 6:00 am and goes until 7:00 am. When in session we workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays.
3. I don’t do mornings…Will you offer evening Boot Camp?
Yes! Starting April 9, 2007, Get Fit Bootcamp will have both morning and evening sessions. The evening sessions will be the same 6 week program from 6:00-7:00 PM on the same days as the morning program.
4. I work out at the gym, but I am getting bored.
Every day at Bootcamp you will have a new experience. Our workouts are per iodized to ensure balance in your routine and to make sure you are getting the proper recovery.
5. What type of activities do you do in Bootcamp?
All workouts are started with active warm ups and we progress to activities ranging from basic movements like push-ups and sit-ups to stability exercises that challenge your core and balance. Your heart rate will remain high until it is time to stretch at the end of class.
6. The word Bootcamp sounds intimidating are you guys going to yell at me?
No. Well maybe if you deserve it. Kidding aside, we are professionals, certified personal trainers, not crazy drill instructors. But the class is run to promote camaraderie and teamwork, so there is a bootcamp atmosphere.
